# Support

## Does Hatchbox provide support for my apps and servers?

Yes, for all the functionality that Hatchbox officially supports. If you have added custom software to your servers that is causing issues, while we might be able to give you some direction to fix it, we can't officially support.

We also plan on offering managed servers in the future where we'll take care of package updates, etc for core services. If you're interested, feel free to send us a support request to discuss.
